County Plaques

Thank you to our sponsor, Farm Credit Services of America, we are able to offer all counties three award plaques for 4-H recognition and awards in their county.

There are 4 plaques available – counties are allowed to order up to 3 plaques. Awards available include: 1) Outstanding Member, 2) Heart of 4-H Award, 3) Friend of 4-H and 4) Outstanding 4-H Alumni.

The only cost that counties are responsible for are engraving and shipping costs – which are optional.

To order these awards from Rixstine Recognition, please use the NE 4-H Foundation Plaque order form.

The 4-H Foundation requests that you forward the names, addresses, and e-mail addresses of the winners to the 4-H Foundation (lshearer2@unl.edu) as soon as they are known — along with the notification of which plaques have been ordered through Rixstine.
